Step 1: Procurement and Inspection

Sourcing of raw materials, bought-out items, and semi-finished items.

Incoming inspection to ensure quality:

Accepted items proceed to production.

Rejected items are returned or disposed of.

Step 2: Preliminary Processes

Surface preparation (if applicable).

Painting or machining begins based on product type.

Step 3: In-Process Inspection and Production

Dimensional and visual checks during production.

Key production steps include fettling, lapping, and assembly (if required).

Non-conforming items undergo rework.

Step 4: Final Quality Checks

In-house final inspection (e.g., pressure testing for valves).

Accepted items are cleared;

Rejected items are reworked or scrapped.

Client/third-party inspections (if required).

Step 5: Dispatch Preparation

Products are packed and shipped to clients
